If you have entered the registration details and the software still won’t register. Check and ensure you are running the latest version. If you are stilling having trouble please email using the address on the Support page, if at all possible include a screenshot of the products registration dialog with your information typed in.

Do you offer discounts for Educational Institutes? or a special version?
Absolutely. Please use the support form for details on educational discounts, please make sure you indicate the number of licences you would require, and whether you will need a custom build. A custom build is available that allows you to specify a locked list of file extensions or folder names that you want blocked; this is especially useful to prevent students from backing up files you find inappropriate. An educational version can be purchased by students and educational institutes providing adequate credentials are provided. NOTE: The educational version is only available for Windows.
