I just added an additional monitor to my computer and AutoWallpaper isn't showing any wallpapers on it, what's happened?
Your licence doesn't cover your new monitor, if you would like to upgrade your licence to include your additional display please use the support form and I will happily send a PayPal invoice for the difference.
AutoWallpaper isn't accepting my jpegs, what gives?
AutoWallpaper expects jpeg files to have the file extension of .jpg, your jpeg files probably have the less popular .jpeg file extension. Please ensure you are running version 4.1.2230 or higher for .jpeg file support.
What's with the licensing scheme?
Development costs (development software upgrade costs, etc) have required me to alter the registration process for AutoWallpaper, but I have done this in the most effective method possible. As of version 4 you only pay for the number of monitors you require support for. This way for those users with just 1 or 2 monitors the software will be cheaper than those of you lucky enough to have 9 or 10 monitors.
How do I upgrade to version 4 or 5 from a lower version?

I'm having difficulties registering, can you help?
If you have entered the registration details and the software still won't register. Check and ensure you are running the latest version and check to make sure that you haven't made any typing errors, such as zeros instead of capital O's. If you are stilling having trouble please send me an email using the support form.
I think I've found a bug?
No matter how carefully you test an application some bugs will no doubt sneak in somewhere. If you think you've found a bug in AutoWallpaper please email me using the support form with as much detail as possible:
Include a screenshot of any error messages, the steps taken to reproduce the error, details about your system (operating system, ram, background applications, etc)

AutoWallpaper doesn't seem to be working properly anymore, what can I do?
If you regularly use file cleaners, or your system has crashed, some of the AutoWallpaper files may have been damaged. In this case the best solution is to open AutoWallpaper, click the About button, then click the Prefs button, an explorer window will open with the preferences files, delete this folder, then uninstall AutoWallpaper.
Afterwards you can safely reinstall AutoWallpaper and the issue should be resolved. You will need to reconfigure your settings and categories. If you need any additional help please email.
Random feature is not working properly, what's wrong?
Sometimes if you upgrade from AutoWallpaper 3.x or earlier to version 4, or when you upgrade to a newer version, the installation process fails to overwrite all the required files (usually caused by files being left open during the install). If this happens the installation causes odd things to go wrong, such as Random with No Repeats allowing repeats. To resolve this issue you should perform a complete uninstallation and reinstall. To uninstall fully open AutoWallpaper and click About, then click Prefs. Quit AutoWallpaper, then, in the explorer window that opens delete all the files. Now perform a normal uninstall. Finally delete any files that may be left over in the installation folder before reinstalling. This will usually correct the problem.
