Reflex – Dev Diary 16

Short update this week as I was distracted by my new Oculus Quest 2.

This week I continued testing levels and tweaking them when they proved impossible. Levels 2.17 to 2.22 have all been checked and are working properly.

I added a new quick feature for windows users. Rather than having to left click a placed reflector and select the eject button it is now possible to quickly eject a tile by right clicking it. Very useful for those time sensitive changes.

With the introduction of the ship that launches the missile a bug was introduced that broke multi floor levels. I thought this would probably happen because the ship meant moving the missile launch code to another object and therefore the automatic launchpads used on sub-levels no longer worked. After about an hour of reorganising things the system works again.
